Job Description
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to build, manage, and optimize our human capital. As a Human Resource Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring that our workforce aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and professional development programs
Support current and future business needs through talent management and workforce planning
Maintain and enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance
Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation
Requirements
Proven experience as a Human Resource Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations
Experience with recruitment, performance management, and organizational development
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications are an added advantage)
