You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to build, manage, and optimize our human capital. As a Human Resource Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring that our workforce aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals

• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent

• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and professional development programs

• Support current and future business needs through talent management and workforce planning

• Maintain and enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations

• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes

• Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance

• Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Human Resource Manager or similar role

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations

• Experience with recruitment, performance management, and organizational development

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications are an added advantage)
