About Me
Gbemiga is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a financial modelling expert with over 20 years of experience spanning banking, finance, financial consulting, infrastructure financing, fundraising, and technology business. As the Non-Executive Director (Finance) at Growthill Limited, he provides strategic financial oversight, investment structuring, and capital advisory, ensuring Growthill remains financially robust and positioned for long-term growth.
His career has seen him hold key financial leadership roles in top-tier organisations, including serving as Regional Financial Controller (South-South & East) and Head of Financial Analytics in the banking sector. He has also served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of one of Nigeria’s largest indigenous haulage companies and an IFC-backed technology firm.
With a track record of leading high-value transactions in both the public and private sectors, Gbemiga has facilitated multi-million-dollar deals across real estate, oil & gas, infrastructure, and financial services. His achievements include leading a banking institution’s expansion into five African countries, structuring a ₦10 billion debt financing for an indigenous manufacturer, and securing approximately $150 million in equity investment for Nigerian tech firms. He has also spearheaded fundraising initiatives for major infrastructure projects ranging from $20 million to $500 million, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and unlock capital for high-impact ventures.
Beyond his advisory role at Growthill, Gbemiga sits on the board of an indigenous logistics and haulage company, a real estate development firm, and an educational institution in Lagos. His extensive pan-African business exposure and financial acumen make him a key asset to Growthill’s mission of delivering innovative, investor-driven real estate solutions.
